Read our Terms of Service
We may collect information you provide (such as name, email, phone number, billing address, account preferences, merchant rules, and support messages), information about how you use the service (such as device, log, and usage data), and information from cookies or similar technologies. Payment card details entered at checkout are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor, and Cash Pass does not store full card numbers.
We use information to provide and improve Cash Pass, personalize card recommendations and reminders, process subscriptions, send service and account communications (including SMS if you opt in), respond to support requests, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
If you opt in to SMS account notifications, we use your mobile number to send recurring automated account messages about rotating category activations, spending caps that are getting close, and rule changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. For help, email support@yourcashpass.com.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist with hosting, analytics, communications, customer support, or payment processing, under contractual obligations to protect it; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide the services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information where feasible.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may opt out of marketing emails through unsubscribe links and out of SMS by replying STOP. To exercise privacy rights, contact support@yourcashpass.com.
Cash Pass is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be posted on this page or otherwise communicated as appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
