These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Cash Pass ("Cash Pass," "we," "us," or "our"), including yourcashpass.com. By accessing or using Cash Pass, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Read our Privacy Policy
Cash Pass helps people with multiple payment cards choose the recommended card at the register using purchase history, merchant rules, rotating category reminders, and spending-cap tracking. Features vary by plan (Free, Pass, and Pass Family). Cash Pass does not issue cards, process card payments, or act as a bank, card network, or payment processor.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Cash Pass. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans (Pass and Pass Family) are billed annually as displayed at checkout. Free plan features are limited as described on the pricing page. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Cash Pass in writing. We may change prices prospectively with notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or downgrade of paid features.
You agree not to misuse Cash Pass, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operation, reverse engineering except where permitted by law, submitting unlawful or harmful content, or using the service for any purpose that violates applicable law or these Terms.
If you opt in to SMS account notifications from Cash Pass, you consent to receive recurring automated account messages at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Consent is not a condition of purchase. For help, email support@yourcashpass.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cash Pass and its logos, software, content, and designs are owned by Cash Pass or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service as permitted by your plan. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant Cash Pass a license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
Cash Pass recommendations are informational tools based on rules and data you provide. We do not guarantee specific rewards, savings, or outcomes. Card issuer terms, rotating categories, and merchant coding can change without notice. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CASH PASS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REWARDS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CASH PASS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEES.
You may stop using Cash Pass at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply. Courts in the United States shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@yourcashpass.com.
